QUEEN'S HOSPITAL, ROMFORD

Clinical priorities and aesthetic values were cleverly combined in the development of Queen’s Hospital to create a highly functional but non-institutional style of building with an appearance and an atmosphere that’s more akin to a hotel than a hospital.

QUEEN MARY'S HOSPITAL, ROEHAMPTON

Unlike other Catalyst projects, where the project agreement is with an acute trust, the Queen Mary’s Hospital was developed for a primary care trust (PCT). There are therefore no emergency services.

Catalyst Healthcare (Worcester) Plc was awarded the contract to finance, design and build and operate the non-clinical services for the Worcestershire Royal Hospital in March 1999.

Burnley General Hospital is a general, acute hospital situated near the centre of the town and serves an urban population of 240,000.
